The Home Office has confirmed that the new process whereby non-EEA nationals traveling to the UK for more than six months will be issued with Biometric Resident Permits (‘BRPs’) will commence on 18 March 2015.
Those applying in Pakistan will be the first to test the new system and the Home Office further information can be found here.
The Home Office has also stated that it will update its website on 18 March with more detailed guidance and we will provide an update then.
