Following our post in June, the Tier 2 cap relating to Restricted Certificates of Sponsorship (RCoS) was reached once again in July. A total of 2,040 RCoS had been available for allocation in July with the minimum salary requirement being £32,000 (as opposed to £46,000 for June).
Although this means that many sponsors that were unsuccessful in June were successful in July, it also means that other sponsors will now need to re-submit their applications in August. Only 97 RCoS are being carried over from July to August (as opposed to the 394 that were carried over from June to July).
