We introduced our client to a reputable chartered accountant and we carefully prepared the supporting documents with our client to ensure that she had the best possible chance of being assessed by the Entry Clearance Officer as a genuine entrepreneur. This included advice to our client as to the type of questions that may be asked if she is called for an interview.

The Entry Clearance Officer approved our client’s Entrepreneur visa application without interview and she is now able to establish her business in the UK. We continue to advise our client as to the Entrepreneur visa extension requirements so that she will be prepared when she makes her application to extend in around three years time.
