We recently acted for a Russian national in securing an Entrepreneur visa and we have helped a high number of applicants generally, applying both in-country and outside, to successfully navigate their way through this potentially complex area of law.
We currently retain a 100% success record for both initial and extension Entrepreneur visa applications.
In the latest case, we advised our client on the detailed requirements for obtaining an Entrepreneur visa, including the source of funds and the essential areas to cover in the business plan. We introduced our client to a reputable chartered accountant and we carefully prepared the supporting documents with our client to ensure that she had the best possible chance of being assessed by the Entry Clearance Officer as a genuine entrepreneur. This included advice to our client as to the type of questions that may be asked if she is called for an interview.
We then provided legal advice as to further evidence that we felt would strengthen the Entrepreneur visa application and prepared the final application bundle.
The Entry Clearance Officer approved our client’s Entrepreneur visa application without interview and she is now able to establish her business in the UK. We continue to advise our client as to the Entrepreneur visa extension requirements so that she will be prepared when she makes her application to extend in around three years time.
The recently published Legal 500 referred to our lawyers as being ‘outstanding in knitting together law, policy and strategy’ and we use this expertise to ensure that our clients’ applications are as strong as they can possibly be.
Over 50% of Entrepreneur visa applications are refused so we are extremely pleased to retain a 100% success record for these applications. If you require expert legal advice and assistance do get in touch.
