The process starts with us contacting the Super Premium Service team to book an appointment. Once booked, we then prepare the application and supporting documents for our client and, where relevant, their family members and arrange for the pack to be collected by the Super Premium Service team. They then process the application and will call us if they require any further information or documents or have any questions.

We are then informed when the case is approved and, on the day of the appointment, the Super Premium Service come out to our client, usually at our offices or, if preferred, our client’s home, collect our client’s biometric data and return our client’s passport and other original documents submitted with the application. We typically receive the Biometric Residence Permit around 3-5 days later.
