In a move that has been welcomed by our entrepreneur clients, the Home Office recently opened up its Super Premium Service for Tier 1 Entrepreneur applications.
Update: the Super Premium Service in its current form has been replaced by a new UKVI process. Further information is here.
In order to use the Super Premium Service for Tier 1 Entrepreneur applications, permission must be sought from the Home Office and we have had no problems to date in gaining this. Once permission has been granted, an appointment with the Super Premium Service team can be booked.
We then prepare the application and it is collected by the Super Premium Service team. They then process the application and will call us if they require any further information or documents or have any questions.
We are then informed when the case is approved and, on the day of the appointment, the Super Premium Service come out to our client, usually at our offices or, if preferred, our client’s home, collect our client’s biometric data and return our client’s passport(s) and other original documents submitted with the application. We typically receive the Biometric Residence Permit around 3-5 days later.
Using the Super Premium Service for Tier 1 Entrepreneur applications means that the serious delays via the postal route are avoided. Applicants receive an efficient service and their passports are away from them for a limited period of time.
Because the Super Premium Service can be used by up to four main applicants, we are also often able to arrange for the service to be shared meaning that the Super Premium Service fee is reduced considerably.
If you would like to discuss our service for those seeking to use the Super Premium Service for Tier 1 Entrepreneur applications, please contact us.
The Super Premium Service is in increasingly high demand and we would therefore recommend that if this service is preferred, early action is taken.
Please note that currently, the Super Premium Service is not available for those with leave under Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) who wish to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
