The Home Office has issued new Guidance for organisations that sponsor individuals under Tier 2 and Tier 5 of the Points Based System.
The changes primarily include tidying up actions and the correction of errors. There are no significant changes.
Sponsors must ensure that they use the new Guidance from 6 April 2018 onwards and should always ensure that the Guidance is read regularly.
