New Sponsor Guidance for organisations sponsoring workers and students under Tiers 2, 4 and 5 of the Points Based System was published in July.
The updated Sponsor Guidance documents can be found here. We strongly recommend that those who are responsible for ensuring that the organisation is compliant with UKVI’s rules and regulations read the documents carefully and take action as needed.
Each document contains a list of the changes that have been made so these are clearly identifiable.
Appendix D has also been updated with further information that should be kept relating to settled workers who did not take up the role following a Resident Labour Market Test.
