A draft Withdrawal Agreement was published on 14 November 2018 setting out the proposed terms of the UK’s departure from the EU.
The draft agreement will now be scrutinised by the other 27 EU member states and parliament. The UK Government is seeking to begin the parliamentary process before Christmas. Whilst the draft agreement may become law, there is also significant risk at this stage that this may not happen.
