The Home Office has just published a new Sponsor Guidance for Tier 4 sponsors.
The main purpose of the guidance is to clarify a number of issues created by the guidance issued on 1 October 2013.
In particular, as we have previously reported, the new guidance re-instates joint venture arrangements for branches and confirms that independent schools that hold a sponsor licence may partner with institutions that do not hold a licence for the provision of pre-sessional courses.
Nichola Carter, Principal of Carter Thomas, will be reviewing all the changes to Tier 4 over the last 12 months at Study UK’s Conference which is taking place at the BIS Conference Centre on 16 December 2013.
