Carter Thomas founder, Nichola Carter, advised the Board of London Metropolitan University on its legal strategy following the decision by UKBA to revoke its sponsor licence.
Ensuring that LMU received pro-active legal advice on the various issues arising from the revocation, Nichola liaised with senior officials at the then UKBA (now UKVI) and implemented the strategy that led to the University regaining its status as a sponsor licence holder.
