We are delighted to be running an immigration compliance workshop on 19 April 2018 with London Higher and Goldsmiths, University of London.
This workshop is for HR and immigration compliance staff in universities and other higher education institutions who ensure their institutions are complying with the rules for Tiers 2 and 5 of the Points Based System.
The event will cover:
- the duties Tiers 2 and 5 sponsors must adhere to;
- tips on sponsoring individuals;
- how to reduce the risk of civil penalties; and
- a review of the rules and risks relating to academic and other visitors.
