Three members of our immigration team presented at the highly popular annual ILPA Sponsor Licence Law Conference which took place on 23 May 2023.
Senior Partner, Nichola Carter, co-chaired the full day conference which she first created several years ago. Partner, Nick Gore, and Associate Solicitor,
Irfan Ali, presented an engaging session on the triggers for and how to deal with sponsor licence suspensions and revocations.
A range of other leading immigration lawyers covered topics ranging from complex sponsor licence applications to business owner moves to the UK.
The conference was attended by almost 200 participants and took place at London’s Friends Meeting House.
