Our autumn webinar series will explore immigration law topics that are relevant to businesses and education providers. The series has been designed to act as both an entry level guide for staff who are new to sponsorship, and as a refresher for those who have experience.

- ‘Your sponsor licence – how to comply with UKVI’s sponsor duties’ – in this webinar, we will explore the key duties for Skilled Worker sponsor licence holders and the main mistakes that we see sponsors make. 10.30am – 12.00pm on Thursday 14 November 2024.
- ‘The Skilled Worker immigration route’ – in this webinar, we will review the key requirements to sponsor a Skilled Worker, including the rules on pay, how to choose an Occupation Code and many other topics. 10.30am – 12.00pm on Thursday 21 November 2024.
- ‘How to be a successful international student sponsor’ – this webinar is aimed at those who are new to international student sponsorship, or those looking for a refresher, within schools, colleges and universities. We will cover the basic tools that all organisations need to be successful student sponsor licence holders. 10.30am – 12.00pm on Tuesday 26 November 2024.
- ‘Right to work checks’ – in this webinar, we will consider how employers can ensure that they conduct compliant right to work checks and the very latest changes to legislation. 10.30am – 12.00pm on Thursday 28 November 2024.
