In our autumn series, we will focus on these important topics:
- ‘Sponsoring Skilled Workers – complying with your sponsor duties’ – we will explain the duties that sponsor licence holders must comply with and explore how best to deal with a UKVI compliance review. 10.30am – 12.00pm on 16 November 2023.
- ‘How to sponsor Skilled Workers’ – we will explore the requirements for sponsoring Skilled Workers including the rules on pay, selecting Occupation Codes, sponsoring students and many other topics. 10.30am – 12.00pm on 22 November 2023.
- ‘Right to work checks’ – we will explain the latest rules on performing compliant right to work checks. 10.30am – 12.00pm on 29 November 2023.
