As is typical each October, the Home Office has published new Guidance for Sponsors.
Many of the changes arise from the October Immigration Rules changes and both the Tier 2 and 5 Sponsor Guidance and the Tier 4 Sponsor Guidance have been updated.
A list of changes to the Tier 2 and 5 Sponsor Guidance can be found on pages 13 – 19. Each of the Tier 4 Sponsor Guidance documents also contains a list of updates within the first few pages.
Appendix D has also been updated to provide clarification on the evidence sponsors must keep regarding the start dates of migrants sponsored under Tiers 2 and 5.
As with all Sponsor Guidance updates, it is important that those with responsibility for the licence take a moment to review the latest version.
